Please choose the Shirt Style, either a Wing Tip Collar or a Laydown Collar.

Then select the Shirt Neck Size and Shirt Sleeve length.

Then select the parts of the shirt you want replaced with the fabric you choose next.

Visit these online stores and choose the fabric for the back panel and cuffs of your custom shirt.  When you return to our website, include the fabric name and reference # in the comments section of the order form.  We will e-mail a picture of the fabric for confirmation.
