We will be glad to exchange any product you purchase from Radical Expressions.Customers have 30 days from purchase date to request a return. No refunds will be given after 30 days. Please call (888) 606-5423 for a Return Authorization number before mailing.

• Items that have already been worn cannot be returned.
• Customers will receive full refund minus a 25% restocking fee.
• Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
• The restocking fee and return shipping cost will be waived if the return is the result of a mistake made by Radical Expressions.
• A mistake on our part would be if we send you a damaged item, the wrong item, the wrong color or wrong size.
• It is not our responsibility if we send you the size you specify and it doesn't fit. In this situation you will receive full refund minus restocking fees and return shipping cost.

Radical Expressions Privacy Policy

Protecting the privacy of our customers and their financial information is a priority at Radical Expressions.

Radical Expressions does not collect any of the purchaser's private information. Orders are processed through Paypal and use their security standards.

Radical Expressions nor it's subsidiaries, will not release or sell any information to third parties to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or other such purposes.

Radical Expressions will release customer information to comply with the law or to prevent fraud, by cooperating with law enforcement or government agencies, (without being served by a subpoena or warrant by such agencies), court orders, subpoenas or to protect our company and credit card holders against fraud.

Radical Expressions does not knowingly accept orders from individuals under the age of 18. Because Radical Expressions does not have the ability to confirm the age of a visitor, we are unable to restrict access to minors. Parents, legal guardians, those responsible for children, and card holders are solely responsible for supervising minors use of the internet and the use of any Radical Expressions website.

All charges incurred by ordering products, shipping and handling, taxes, and phone calls placed with Radical Expressions are the sole responsibility of child�s parent, legal guardian, or those responsible for supervising children.

Shipping Policies

Products that are drop shipped from the manufacturer are usually shipped the same day if order is received before noon. Although our shipping charges are calculated for United States Postal Service (USPS), most manufacturers use UPS ground, unless USPS Express is requested, then your order will be shipped UPS 2nd day.

Orders that are shipped from our store in Spring, Tx, will ship as specified on your order. The majority of our vests are made as they are ordered, so please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be made and shipped.
